Lutosa ® is a group of companies specialised in the manufacture and sale of potato-based products for human consumption. Its current range includes a wide selection of pre-fried frozen and chilled French fries, a broad range of frozen and chilled specialities and a dehydrated product (potato flakes).
To comply with security rules, quality standards and a sustainable development policy, the Lutosa ® company is investing in training programmes including e-learning courses and activities.
In partnership with the Fern company and the IPV-IFP (training association for the food industry), the Dokeos company assists the Lutosa ® e-learning managers in the settling of the project. This includes analysing the training needs and audience, designing the courses scenario, developing the multimedia content through recycling PowerPoint and Word existing material and organising the coaching interaction.
