Self-assessment of nurses at French Red Cross
The French Red Cross promotes a self-assessment programme as part of its initial and vocational training institutes.
At the Pyrenean Regional Training Institute (IRFSS), an online self-assessment module is developped using the Dokeos Medical Delineation and Imaging Test Tool (MeDiTT®). Second year undergraduate nurses connect to Dokeos to check and validate their skills in Nursing, Pediatrics and Child psychiatry.
The IRFSS managers collaborate with the Dokeos Studio team to storyboard online testing activities on the basis of a 40 possible online activities typology.
