Kinepolis is a movie theaters company, leader in Belgium and a leading player in the European market and employs 1800 people.
The rapid growth of the group associated with an important geographic spread and the natural turnover of its young workforce called for an overall training strategy. This takes shape in 2009 through a blended learning project : classroom trainings & assessment + online practice and self-evaluation.
The first need is to train employees on the job : new hire training, poppers security policy, stewards and cashiers guidelines.
Kinepolis has selected Dokeos Professional for the infrastructure layer and relies on Dokeos consulting to help analyse and design the project.
