Ascom tests students online before classroom training
We are using the Dokeos Tests feature very intensively. For all our classroom trainings we have an e-learning with a prerequisites test. Students are allowed to subscribe to the classroom training only if they have scored a certain minimum on the e-learning prerequisites test. We use that method for both our employees and our sales partners.
And we have seen the following benefits:
- more efficient in training hours for the theoretical stuff (each student can do it in the most convenient time)
- higher quality of the classroom trainings due to the higher knowledge of the students
