To implement its training programme for the Diabetes and Cardio units, Medtronic selected Dokeos. the reasons for this choice are the flexibility of the software and the capacity of the Dokeos company to adapt the software to Medtronic's needs. In particular for the improvement of online testing and human resources assessment. 

The portal is now used with newly hired salesforce who are systematically trained on products and marketing policies.
